IMPORTANT:

If you do not have a clear, accurate, and updated reference of your character, I will not work with you unless you give me full artistic freedom or make up the missing details at fault for not being clear.

• First and foremost, by commissioning me you fully realize that I am mainly a feral furry/ My Little Pony artist drawing in a style I’ve developed for over a decade. (Yes, I’ve been drawing since I was very little) The list of what I won’t draw is at the bottom of this page. If it’s not listed anywhere, feel free to ask.

• By commissioning me, you consent to my art style. A big portion of my art style is shading and lighting, so unless you order a flat color piece, expect the colors of your character to be slightly (or sometimes heavily) altered. This is simply a result of how the colors interact with shading and lighting. I will always color pick your references, but the colors WILL change by the time it’s rendered. I make my pieces bold and saturated, so I suggest if the change of color bothers you, to only get flat color illustrations from me or commission another artist.

To The Customer:

• If your character is all or mostly black and or white, by commissioning me you give me permission to alter the colors to make the character easier to work with

• I require at least one up to date, non-shaded reference sheet/image to work with (NSFW is fine to send)

• I DO NOT WORK OFF OF DESCRIPTIONS (email me about character design work @ my main email: emilywuflstudios@gmail.com)

• I don’t accept deadlines. My usual turnaround time is 1 to 3 months. Depending on queue and opening announcement, you can get it in a matter of days or weeks, but this is not common or to be expected. 

• Please refrain from rushing me, it will only stress me out and delay your commission or result in a refund.

• You are always welcome to repost your commission as long as you credit me!

• Do not alter my artwork unless you have permission to do so. Do not pay other artists to do so.

 

Payment and Price:

• I only accept CashApp and PayPal at the moment. I HIGHLY prefer CashApp.

• Payment is preferably accepted upfront before I start working. I will make exceptions for payment after a sketch is presented under specific circumstances if my queue allows for it. 

• Price varies depending on what you’d like to get/complexity.

• Full resolution images are included so tipping is always welcome and appreciated!

 

Revisions/WIPS:

• You will get an initial revision free of charge in the sketch phase of the WIP updates. You get two more sketch revisions free on top of this.

• Once I’m in the line art stage, if you want to add something or revise something (that isn’t a mistake on my behalf or something stated to be there in the finished piece) I’ll charge $5 for every change/revision or I will partially refund you and edit+resell your work.

 

Other:

• My estimated turnaround time is 1 to 3 months. Sometimes you can get your piece much sooner, but this isn’t common or to be expected. If I have a different estimated time for a commission (whether longer or shorter) that will be stated upon opening. I have a life outside of art, not to mention personal projects I like to work on as well. Life tends to be chaotic for me at times, so please be patient and refrain from rushing me. If you’re highly impatient, do not commission me. I will always try to take about a month to get fully paid work out to you, assuming you’ve been kind and respectful to me and my time. 

• IF YOU DO NOT REPLY TO A WIP WITHIN THREE WEEKS, YOUR COMMISSION WILL BE PUSHED TO COMPLETION, BUMPED TO THE BOTTOM OF MY LIST, OR PARTIALLY REFUNDED AND EDITED/RESOLD

• I will not draw in someone else’s style. IP styles can be discussed.

• If I’m streaming, DO NOT inquire or pressure me about your commission unless yours is the one being worked on during the stream. Please send me a private message or email (emilywulfstudios@gmail.com) 

• I DO NOT always work on commissions in queue order. I may sketch them all out first. I may finish one, do lineart and color, and finish another one. This is to keep my interest up and to try to avoid burnout. 

• If you are very picky/pushy, I would advise you not to commission me. I don’t do well with people who nitpick my art and try to control every ounce of the process. If you can’t deal with artwork being tailored to your requests without every single detail being exactly as you envisioned it, you may want to commission someone else. If I feel that you are becoming controlling or overbearing you will be given one polite warning, and then I will either charge you a fee (that I will determine at the time) or partially refund and resell your commission as a YCH that no longer visually represents your character but maintains the pose idea.
